The Jumba and AussieHQ Forums Have Moved!
Do you use the Jumba or AussieHQ forums?
Then we have some important news for you!
The Jumba and AussieHQ forums have now been merged into our new UberGlobal forum.
You will still be able to find your old Jumba and AussieHQ threads there, and you will also be able to start new threads regarding Jumba and AussieHQ products and services.
Why have you merged the forums?
We have merged the forums as part of our journey to unite Jumba and our AussieHQ under our new brand name, UberGlobal. Rest assured that we have not been acquired by another company; we are simply changing our name so that all of our different brands can come together. We are still the same people and are just as committed to helping you succeed online as we always have been.
Do I need to create a new account?
If you are an existing member of the Jumba or AussieHQ forums, your account has been duplicated in the UberGlobal forum, so you do not need to create a new account. You will be able to log into your account with the username and password you would normally use to log into the Jumba or AussieHQ forums.
Where has my avatar gone?
Unfortunately, we were unable to migrate your avatar to the new forum, but you can upload your avatar via your profile page.
What if I already had an account on the UberGlobal forum as well as my Jumba or AussieHQ forum account?
Your accounts have been merged. You will be able to log into your account with your UberGlobal forum username and password.
More questions?
If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed here, please feel free to leave a comment or email support@uber.com.au and we will get right back to you.
We hope you enjoy the new UberGlobal forums!
