Data Centres

Our data centres are located at TransACT House in Canberra and Global Switch in Sydney. As required, for maximum performance and scalability we use Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) across both data centres. For backup and disaster recovery services we replicate data and services to the alternate 'off site' data centre.

Network

Our data centres are connected via high speed dedicated fibre from Vocus Communications, PIPE Networks and Internode/Agile Communications. Each data centre also connects to the internet via multiple tier one service providers.

Platform Hardware

Data storage and compute forms the foundation layer of our capability and we are able to synchronise between Canberra and Sydney data centres to meet highly scalable volumes and high performance mission critical requirements. Switching and routing is provided through Cisco Systems. IBM provides compute with BladeCenter H servers and grid storage using IBM XIV SAN. Brocade supply additional mission critical networking hardware within our data centres.

Virtualisation

Server virtualisation is provided through VMware, Virtuozzo and Hyper-V.

Software

We partner with industry leaders to provide software solutions tailored to our customers. We also offer software as a service (SaaS).
